The final documentation is being filed to incorporate the 501c(19) organization so that the N.C. OCS Alumni Association can officially collect donations, accept members, conduct marketing, and launch full operations in support of the N.C. Officer Candidate School program.

Draft elections took place to select initial officers and incorporators for the organization. Second Lieutenant Dillon Tyler has been selected as Interim President, Major Vance McGee has been selected as Project Officer, and First Lieutenant Jonathan Coby has been selected as the Interim Treasurer.
